As all that was happening present or past CEO and others from the DC Corporation would often deliberately obfuscate the reality by sometimes referring to what the govt itself borrows while at other times referring to what the nation’s banks borrow from overseas interests, bondholders like Japan and China, plus overseas banks, and from the Fed and also from each other, and meanwhile the debt continued to expand exponentially as they conspiratorially primed the cash economies of every nation for an eventual long-planned financial crash meant to artificially force full conversion to cashless economies, effectively deliberately bankrupting already bankrupt financial systems…
